We're so happy you're joining us at PACE Virtual Academy! We're looking forward to working with you and supporting you as you work toward your high school diploma.
 
STEP 1: Complete online enrollment
New to Portage Township Schools and enrolling in PACE? Enroll now
Current PTS student entering grades 7-12? Log in to your PowerSchool Parent Portal account and click on the Returning Student Registration button
STEP 2: Send us your residency documents
If you are new to Portage Township Schools or are entering grades 9 or 11, you will need to provide proof of residency, even if you reside outside of our district boundary lines. Please email the documents below to our registration department at [email protected]. Please include your child's name and PACE Virtual School in the email.
 
Please email photos or scans of the following documents:
  • 1. Parent/Guardian drivers license or state/federal ID
  • 2. Two of the following:
  • - Current lease agreement
  • - Current mortgage papers
  • - Current NIPSCO bill with current address
  • - Current water and/or sewer bill with current address
  • - Current vehicle registration
  • - Recent medical bill (must be dated within the past 30 days and contain your mailing address)
  • - Indiana Department of Education form I, II, or III, if applicable (forms available at your child's school)
 
 
STEP 3: Submit PACE Required Forms
Once you have completed your online registration, please complete the two required documents listed below and return them either in person or by email to [email protected]. In the email subject line, list the student's name and grade.
 
The Online Learner Readiness Rubric must be completed by the student.
The Virtual Learning Agreement must be completed and signed by
both the student and parent.
STEP 4: Meet with the PACE Administrative Assistant
You will then receive a phone call from the PACE Administrative Assistant to schedule an orientation where you will meet the PACE principal and review program, expectations, guidelines, and your course schedule.
